Character Creation Rules Are Here
On June 16th, 2021, the Character Creation Rules and the Perks list were added to the Backbeat Ballad website! These give players all the tools they’ll need to make a character for our Changeling: the Dreaming game. The rules can also be found in the #game-docs-and-vids channel in the Backbeat Ballad Discord server.
